Chris Kaye - Director of Finance and Technology Practice

 

Chris has a deep understanding of the worlds of both the client and systems vendor.

 

He has over 20 years experience delivering practical solutions to global financial service companies.
His specialities include content and collaboration technologies, process change management, regulatory change and compliance processes.

 

Previous roles include Global Head of Compliance Change at Barclays Global Investors / BlackRock (where he led the global implementation of the Sentinel post-trade monitoring product from Fidessa Latent Zero) and Head of Consultancy Services at SG Warburg. As a Consultant at FS Integrators Ltd, Chris delivered Programme Management and Business Change Consultancy within the Financial Services arena, including project managing the implementation of MiFID for a global investment manager.

 

Before that, Chris was COO at COR Financial Solutions, which provided software solutions and services to FTSE100 retail financial service companies. COR was founded to support retail financial firms to provide a compliant platform for the development of fund and wrap platforms. Clients included Abbey National and Marks and Spencer financial services.

 

Chris owns co-comply, a compliance software vendor that markets to hedge funds and institutions.
