
Background:
In September 2007, global insurance loss-adjuster Cunningham Lindsey USA approached Ascension with a view to managing the internal and external communications for a major financial restructuring. For this project Ascension reported to the global management team, chaired by Cunningham Lindsey USA.
Goals:
To provide the global management team with the materials with which to communicate this announcement in a positive light (taking into account regional needs) and answer sensitive questions from staff, clients and the media.
Ascension delivered:
- A roadmap for the communications process, including potential opportunities and pitfalls
- Internal and external statements and question and answer documents
