Matlock Spa

London-based property developer Fountain Park approached Ascension with a view to developing a brand identity for its new 400 home scheme in Matlock, Derbyshire.

These high specification homes are laid out in an unusual ‘crescent’ arrangement, revisiting the era when groups of homes were designed to form inward-looking communities.

Goal
  • A new identity for ‘Matlock Spa’ which would make the development stick in the minds of the potential home-buyers in the area, and other stakeholders such as councillors, local media, local residents and pressure groups.
