| The International
Organisation for Migration (IOM) is the
leading organisation working with migrants
and governments to provide humane responses
to migration challenges. Its worldwide budget
exceeds US$900M, funding over 1,200 programmes
and 220 field offices in over 100 countries.
The Home Office partially funds the work
of IOM and was our co-client on this project.

| |
Goals |
| IOM wanted to
find the best way to expand its UK outreach
activities beyond its London office, through
dialogue and consultation with various stakeholders
- such as refugee support groups - across
the country. They also sought improvements
to their existing communications strategy. |
